Just a brief note to let you know how pleased Martie and I are with the installation of the new furnace and air conditioning system.
The work went exactly as you said it would and your technicians were reliable and seemed to know what they were doing. They were in before 9 and out before 3 and left not a scrap of trash or debris anywhere. One would hardly know they were here.
I don’t do this for most contractors but since your business involves the sale and installation of big-ticket items, I can understand some uneasiness on the part of some prospective customers about signing off on such major work and parting with such a big chunk of change as well. Some may need reassurance.
